覺察這件事，大學老師總是說很重要，其實從高中的時候，我最愛寫的就是週記，就是那種不斷的把腦中想法寫下來，然後有人看的感覺，對我而言，很好！我也總喜歡用著不同顏色的筆回應老師的話
