終於結束修行之旅返回城裡的路克萊斯，卻接到兒時玩伴小菫死去的噩耗。

現場沒有任何顯示他殺的線索，但是路克萊斯也無法相信小菫竟會誤食毒果，加上矮人村民口徑一致將槍口指向魔女，讓他決定踏上尋找魔女的旅程，一路上遭遇的事件，卻又讓他離魔女越來越遠，直到最後在魔鏡裡看見了真相⋯⋯

作者的話

本作的靈感源起來自於日本NicoNico歌手あにま改編翻唱的《アナザー：白い雪のプリンセスは》，我很喜歡探究童話故事不一樣的面貌，聽著這首歌就忍不住在心裡想像白雪公主與王子的心境。故事最前段有埋致敬格林童話的暗黑彩蛋，大家讀的時候可以猜猜看，預計未來會以遊戲或廣播劇的形式公開這些彩蛋的細節，敬請期待。最後，希望大家會喜歡這個故事♡
