每當我心情不好時,我只想一個人靜靜,深怕自己的情緒傷害到別人,我不是一個容易失控的人,但會不自覺的擺臭臉,他人一看就知道我有心事,卻沒有人敢詢問,在我看來自己的情緒,只有自己可以解決,他人頂多給予陪伴,但我實在不擅長這些,無法完整的敘述自己的困境、情緒,只能用冷漠回應,我只想說:「抱歉無法回應你們的關心,我了解,可是現在只有我自己可以走出來」
