每當我心情不好時，我只想一個人靜靜，深怕自己的情緒傷害到別人，我不是一個容易失控的人，但會不自覺的擺臭臉，他人一看就知道我有心事，卻沒有人敢詢問，在我看來自己的情緒，只有自己可以解決，他人頂多給予陪伴，但我實在不擅長這些，無法完整的敘述自己的困境、情緒，只能用冷漠回應，我只想說：「抱歉無法回應你們的關心，我了解，可是現在只有我自己可以走出來」
