Full Prompt: It was a knock-out punch that did it.

It was a knock-out punch that did it. I think to myself as I look at the patient x-ray. The question for me to answer is the least obvious, then this. The question is how or why did this happen to them. Why did this innocent person get knocked out? Was it the killer that is on the loose but it was a failed attempt? Was it a fight? Was it a domestic violence situation? Or was it. . . that thing.
