When i on my period I crave like the most random food combination (example: Cheetos dipped in Nutella ). When i don’t have what I want on my period it’s all over. I either starve or eat something I never craved. It doesn’t help me while I have cramps. It doesn’t hit the same when I have to eat my Nutella by itself.
