We both ate breakfast and I told her I'll be leaving after eating. She nodded and I placed my plate and utensils in the sink. I waved goodbye and left the house. I asked several coffee shops if I could apply for a part-time job but they declined since they weren't open for any job openings. I looked through the list of jobs and I picked two of them: musician and balloon vendor. I filled out two application forms and gave them to the man. He looked through them and gave me a thumbs up. Then he told me to let him know the schedule of when I could do the jobs. I told him that I could play music on Wednesdays and sell balloons on Friday's after school.
