Well...

I believe during pandemic on 2019 till this year 2022 (Since this been posted). So many inner wound that you buried deep in to yourself. It is like cancer, but hurt mentally. 

Grudge, Frustation, Hopeless, Lonely, Envy, Sad, Deppresion, and all condemned things, are buried deep inward.

3 years we stack that feeling.

Here, i believe that when you mention your REGRET, you let the feeling way...

It is like a medicine injected to your inward.

But someone must be the honest man of their true self. Honest mean, you add vitamins on your inward.

Honest mean you can't lie, but being honest doesn't always tells the good things.
