算是某種自述。

我沒辦法高強度的看一些很沉重的作品

那讓我窒息

我感覺我的情緒狀態陷入一種低谷

——我無法去描述那種感覺。

真要說的話，像是踏進一潭泥沼，深陷進去，你還活著，但你無法呼吸；你想掙扎，但越陷越深。

腦內似乎有兩股勢力在掙扎
