Dark hall from turned off lights, empty stage and seats, and most of all, silence.
This is all I ever did to not think of anything. But then you found me there, slowly taking your pace towards me who's sitting far away and asked.
"Are you okay?"
I lifted my head to look at you, wondering why I didn't hear your footsteps, and that's when I realized, my thoughts are louder than the steps you take.
What to answer him?
In my situation where my father died, my brother's in coma, me and my mother were struggling to pay all the expenses of the house, the hospital and my father's funeral. My thoughts about the homeworks I haven't finished yet due to all the emergencies. My part-time job that I left a while ago. My mom who's crying at the hospital. My missing phone to call my mom. My niece whom I miss so much.
All these thoughts were coming up in a pile.
And I can't seem to endure it alone.
So I blew it up.
"I don't know." I answered with my voice and hands shaking, a tear escaping my left eye, and showing my weakness.
You kneel infront of me, gripping me tight in your arms while I cried like there's no tomorrow.
Right.

Maybe this moment is all I ever need to have the urge to go on again.
