The guy turns her around and points to the first door on the other side of the hallway. “You missed it, it’s right there.” He says, his raspy voice causing her to blush as he speaks in her ear. “Thank you so much.” She says before walking off, bumping into him was already embarrassing enough, she did not want to make the mistake of keeping a conversation going with him and embarrassing herself anymore.
She walks into the principal’s office, going up to the desk that had an older lady sitting behind it, her glasses on the bridge of her nose while she types something on her computer, after a few seconds, the older lady looks at her. “Hey, how might I help you?” She asks, turning away from her computer.
”Yeah, I’m here to see the principal.” She says as she looks around the office, it looked totally different from when she was there last year, the year her father didn’t want her going to his school, she still couldn’t think of how she forgot the way to the principal’s office, this used to be her hangout space for when she didn’t have school but her father’s school did. She hated how he wanted her to come to his school and pretend to not even know him, not just him, but also her mother, who was the nurse at the school.
Despite her parents being successful business owners and having a rich, successful daughter, they both decided they wanted to have low-key jobs, which at first wasn’t easy due to all of the paparazzi. She finally comes back from her thoughts, realizing that there was a girl standing next to her, wearing a cheerleader outfit that was blue and gold.

She had short hair that stopped at her shoulders, her natural probably was black but it was current a really pretty blonde color. “I have watched like a bunch of your movies, you are amazing, and the ones where you sing, just so good!” The girl says, she seemed very energetic and excited.
”Thank you. Nice to meet you, Ace.” London says, smiling at the girl. “I’m London, please call me Lonnie, I don’t mean to cut this greeting short, but I need to get my stuff from the principal. See you around.” She says as she walks into the now open door that leads into the principal’s real office, she closes the door behind her and sit down in one of the huge leather chairs that sat in front of the dark oak desk.
”Hey pumpkin, here’s your stuff, I need you to go see your mother, she has your medicine papers that you need to give to your 2nd, 4th and afternoon Homeroom teacher.” Her father, the principal, says, handing a school bag that seemed to have stuff in it, stuff that she would check out later. He hands her a piece of paper that had her schedule on it. “Hurry up, morning Homeroom starts in like 10 minutes.” He says as she gets up and walks out of his office then the main office, scamming over the paper.
She spots the girl from earlier, trying to think of her name. Grace. Her name is Grace. She thinks to herself as she walks up to her. “Hey, do you mind helping me throughout the day, like right now, I need help finding the nurses office.” She says as she plays with one of her red curls.
”Yeah, sure.” Grace replies before leading her to the nurses office. “You know, the football captain and I are throwing a back to school party tonight, I think it would be totally cool if you were to come.” Grace says.
