Dad- “Yes. Sometimes God opens and closes doors. And sometimes he puts one person next to the door that is getting opened and closed so they continually get smacked. Anyway, what were we talking about?”

Me- “The bushes looking like pineapples.”

Dad- “Don’t talk back.”
