The copious amounts of mayo lubricated Brad's creaking joints. The iron tablets made sure he didn't fall over as soon as he stood up. The vitamin d was the only d he'd ever put into his temple of a body.
Jonn (with two n's) cracked open a can of fish oil and sculled the thick liquid like it was the best soft-drink he had tasted. He let out a grunt and crushed the can against his chest while Brad fired up his mayo smoothie hungrily.
