　　如果你曾做過一件非常後悔的事，你會坦白嗎？

　　在北區發生了一件命案，雖然經過刑警一隊調查得出意外身亡一結果，但因隔壁區出現的離奇自殺案，北區警察局局長決定讓刑警二隊再調查一遍，為免出錯。

　　刑警二隊隊長於夏天和副隊長白詩陽接令，前往學校和死者住址調查，在學校得到的訊息不多，而到了死者家時，卻有了意外收穫，然而調查中途，於夏天卻被告知必須停止調查。

　　到底死者是真的如一隊所說的意外身亡，還是……？
　　於夏天又會不會將他的推論對死者家屬如實相告？
