瞳在不同的時空穿梭往來，見不少創作人也是一時之氣，有頭無尾地創作，令不少被創作出來的角色在異空間中流離失所，不單故事殘缺不全，就連人設也只得半邊，製造出大量被遺棄的「物質」。為了想創作人節約創作力，重點投放資源在核心世界，瞳決定設定一個「收筆結果節」，一方面還完成階段或整個故事的創作人得到鼓勵，亦可以讓新創作設立起點，再未來一個節日前完成。
