數年前，這一片無聲無息的森林中央，莫名其妙地出現着一間神秘小屋子，那間屋子如同一人房間的大小。傳說中，那間屋子裡存在着令人驚嚇的傳聞：闖進去的人，從沒有一個走回出來，已有數百人進入過。而且聽聞，自從有人進入以來，屋子一直有黑色怪人出到城市倒亂。
人們很想解破這個恐怖的謎團，可是卻沒有更可行的建議。直至有一天，人類無意中尋見希望，就是那些閃亮的大石，它們存在着奇妙的力量，相信那些力量能夠打開神秘屋子之謎。而那些石頭，從那而來？
人類為了實現願望，需要運用那些石頭，人類把石頭稱為精石，精石只要升到「最終型」就可以實現一個願望。所以，精石的出現不但可以拯救世界，相反會讓世界陷入黑暗。一群少年為了糾正世界，適當運用地精石。
