“The advent of strange people that appeared into the realm of Reverie forever changed the course of human history. They were people transported from the modern age, from another time older than the realm itself. Though there were obstacles in their path to unity, the two worlds converged, and the cultures were made anew. This is our world. This is Reverie.”

I've always been intrigued by the idea of characters from a modern time being transported into a fantasy world. From stories like Mark Twain's 'Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court' to the nearly endless arrivals of isekai genre animes like 'Re:Zero', the idea of the modern stranger/s living in another world different from his own never ceased to fascinate me. How does an individual or a group of individuals from another time and world affect the current realm they live in? What is the convergence between those two worlds and their differences? How will the status quo react or respond to this singularity?

We have seen examples of modern people influencing the fantasy world they live in, but never to the extent of huge numbers at a global scale at random. It's my hope that I will be able to write these ripples of history.
