We all know our bodies, especially our tummies. You know what the different aches and rumblings mean. Whether it's gas from something you ate or just eating too late, a bubble here, a gurgle there. We know what those signs mean. But there is one if you've encountered it before, it stays with you in a way like never before. I had one such reenactment. Let's be honest, no one keeps the meds around for that. Luckily though, I found out orange peel tea is a deterrent and nipped the danger in the bud before it started.
