I once read somewhere that after you've finished school, what stays with you years later, attests to what you learned and becomes knowledge. Or something to that effect. I wonder, we spend much of our school years learning the language rules of the country we occupy, until they become second nature. I have been revisiting some of those rules and what shocked me most was the more I touched on advanced rules, the more I had to relearn basic ones. To the point that today's readings led me to reinvestigate how to write sentences. I have lost knowledge.
