媽媽是客家人,大部分人的印象都是節儉,所以各種食材都能醃起來貯存。外婆就醃了很多,像是熟悉的蘿蔔乾、梅干菜、鹹菜、福菜等等,我最喜歡的是一種醬瓜。硬瓜洗乾淨、去皮去籽,先用鹽醃過,越鹹越不容易壞,再去陽光下沐浴至表皮乾軟,才能進入重頭戲。找個桶子將硬瓜、糖、味噌放進去,醃個四天,再次換個桶子,硬瓜、新的糖和味噌,總共要重複三次,第三次就放進密封罐裡,要吃的時候再取出。530Please respect copyright.PENANAxYbB4foyWy

也許,這些家常菜並不是那麼特別、新奇,也不是餐廳裡高檔又宰人兇猛的菜餚,但是那裡面充滿回憶與溫暖。一家人、一桌菜、一盞溫和的黃燈,就這麼和著幸福一起吃,平淡卻溫馨。
