這是我小時候就能品嘗的那種甜湯。

將白薏仁用鹽巴浸水洗了幾遍，此時芋頭融入水的香氣撲上了鼻，每一個當下流程很難馬虎。

想起每到放學時刻，父母為了減少我們少吃垃圾食物，特意作了原自於食物本身的甜感，而不是化學加工品。

這時薏仁也可放進去熬煮了，色澤像是暗系列的薰衣草，大火的力道使水潑快速的將薏仁打轉。

深吸一口，回憶吃起甜湯的冬日，我與弟弟坐在小板凳，我們剛從小學回來，手心手背承著熱氣，甜甜的味道點在舌尖上，哈了一口，空氣有著淡淡的白氣體接著消失。

我看了看沸騰的水就快奪門而出，轉了小火，蓋上蓋子，在燜一會兒吧！

我喜歡的那種溫暖或許只是當下的氣氛，嬉鬧快樂的圍繞著我們，所以，甜湯也賦予幸福的氛圍。
