如是我聞，師兄有位新進師兄武仁問我【喂！火焰山點解由夏至到入秋日日都成廿幾三十度，乜熱嘅咩？著到成隻魔鬼魚咁黑蚊蚊不特止，仲成日咩著件阿伯釣魚背心？】著衫嘅多少同熱唔熱唔係必然嘅關係，因為體內熱量係可以由輻射、傳導、對流、蒸發向外散發嘅，雖然黑衣比白衣吸熱多，但吸熱可形成衣服內對流嘅動力（由其室內）衣服內嘅對流可把汗液及人體部分熱量帶走消散，人體自然會感覺清涼啲，但緊身黑衣就冇效。故此淨係用顏色及布多小去衡量係唔得全面嘅。最後，老人家有講，平時係冬天要食羅白；夏天食薑，我火焰山唔為食亦唔講究呢啲，不過茶確係會對散熱有幫助。
