Double standard

Is anyone else household like this? So my dad is just a little bit sexist (he's working on it) and has a double standard when it comes to dating between my brother and me. For the record here's the conversation when I got my only boyfriend:

Me "Hey dad, I got my boyfriend."

Dad "Aren't you too young? If your grades fall you will be in trouble. Also if this kid is slightly horrible your uncles and I will not be afraid to bash him."

Mind the violence. But I'm not saying anything is wrong with this response. I know he cares for me and in my household grades are of very high value. It's just different to what he says to my sibling.

Brother "Yeah I have like ten girlfriends."

Dad "Wow good job man."

I feel like you should know that my sibling is younger than me but you can see the difference. Also yes...he was dating ten poor girls at once. Yeah, there's just a distinct difference in how the responses were.
