百物語，那是個流傳於日本，興於江戶時期的一個民俗，據說只要點燃一百根蠟燭，在每說完一個怪談後便吹熄一根。

直到所有蠟燭熄滅時，就能召來妖怪，是一個相當有名的召靈儀式。
