晚年患上思覺失調的張天宇一覺醒來，重回20歲，卻發現眼前還有兩個人：20歲的張天宇和38歲的張天宇。

就這樣，72歲的老張、38歲的中年天宇和20歲的小宇一方面互相試探，伺機把對方抹除，一方面協議輪流操縱這具身體，以「20歲張天宇」的身份在外活動。為了取得小宇的信任，老張和中年天宇開始半真半假、似虛非實地憶述過往的人生，卻意外揭開他們犯下的罪孽。

一邊是記憶模糊不清的老張，另一邊是隱暪真實年紀的中年天宇，小宇要選擇相信誰？更可怕的是，無論他選擇站在那邊，似乎都證明了，他張天宇將會長成一個歹毒的惡人。

「如果我是壞人，那麼年輕的我，還有老去的我，本質都不是甚麼好東西，不是麼 ？」中年天宇看著眼前的兩個自己，質問道。
