【序章】：賽恩提斯國
在這地球上，每個人身上都有一顆名叫『能力石』的石頭，能力石是一種正方形的石頭，聽說能力石就在人類的心臟裡面。
進行能力石開發，可以開發成各個不同的能力，讓每個人都可以成為『超能力者』。
但在這戰爭的時代，超能力者被逼迫成為軍人，為國打仗，而且能力開發的資源有限，所以各國簽訂了合約，除了軍人以外，其他貧民不准進行能力開發。

『賽恩提斯國』，一個在地球某處的小型海島國家，國家總共分成13個區域，賽恩提斯國雖然採用志願役，但人數實在是太少了，所以政府利用國中升高中的考試，來決定誰一定要成為軍人，通過考試的學生，會進行更好的教育，好讓這些孩子以後成為國家的研究人員或公務人員，而其他的孩子們，就只能乖乖的從軍了，沒有選擇的權利，而人們就稱他們『笨蛋』。




序章就這樣，抱歉喔！各位！其實我平常不讀小說的，這本來是我畫的漫畫的故事內容，但漫畫實在畫太慢，所以就改成小說啦啦啦~~~
我文筆不大好，還請見諒喔~也希望大家可以多支持和建議，謝謝各位喔~
