星期二，為了早八的訓練班我要訓練早起，起床試做的了，但是有沒有動力做其他事就不知道了

賴床玩手機到中午，工作完幫我跟老爹買午餐，吃飽飽回樓上兩點多，要來認真準備了

首先是講義，學科術科兩種，六十頁七十頁，還一直遇到技術問題，全身滴汗一邊等列印，時不時處理問題，花了一小時多

釘好也不容易，拿了大訂書機還是不夠深，背面又來一次，但是不夠穩，再用快感黏書背，加上毛細的黏著訂書針應該撐得住

花了好久累死了，下樓洗澡完吃飯，緊接著要來做紅蘿蔔跟水煮蛋，一直煮跟燜，還做了阿公的晚餐

然後揉麵團，花了我一個小時…很費力，加上不知道怎麼做更好，所以花了很多時間在調整，一下多加油，一下多加粉，終於是給勉強弄出了一個應該可以用的

但感覺還是好黏，不過我九點要看迦米爾所以只能稍微將就了，希望冷藏可以解決這個問題

晚上看迦米爾，居然露比也要開台！雙開！
