烹飪能手都很注重色,香, 和味, 而在“色”這一項有不少有趣技巧, 其中有拉糖裝飾, 這是把糖在特定溫度下加熱, 再用手把糖膠拉成不同的形象,  辛苦做出的菜式放上不同的拉糖裝飾, 食物格調馬上就提高了,有點似食神了🤭
