Every kingdom has its own rules. In the fire empire - the next king is determined by a series of competition to ensure that the new monarch is the strongest. The earth tribe has the best healer as their monarch, he then chooses an apprentice to pass all his knowledge to become the next ruler of the earth. The water country and the wind village has the most stable monarchs controlled by a royal family. The water kingdom's royal family has been in power for hundreds of years known to give birth to the strongest water weavers in the history. The wind village, as the name suggests, has a royal family of non-weavers for centuries.
