靈獸宗收人只要符合 有靈智（只要有孩童般的靈智就行）、資質高或瀕臨絕種 以上其中任一個就行；行事風格以穩健、隱蔽、不惹事為主，如果有成員在外鬧事，有兩種結果，一、被抓回去之後很難再有出來的機會，二、直接被除名，在定下以上規範後，靈獸勢力的成長穩定起來，減少成員的流逝和讓敵人發動攻擊的藉口；靈獸宗的出現使靈獸相關材料減少、品質下降和價格升高，科技也因此朝提高耐久和零件模組化，減少維修時所需材料
