I think i have had a productive day so far,

Why do i still feel crappy, worthless and everything is pointless? 

Im sat in my car, freezing my but off, wanting a smoke. I dare not have one. It feels like its all i have . i really want a coffee to. 

A lady i know said something really brave today, hoping it will give me inspiration.
