I had a wobble about half an hour ago.

My self asteem is shot to bits, how do i keep it together, when what i do is so wrong. Im going down roads i never would have dreamed of until now. 

I will try anything to hold on at this point. I hate hurting the people i love, i must stop that and im determined to do that. A little help may work
