Eugeo is the older son of the fifth kazekage and the adoptive brother of shinki. Earning the nickname 砂の青いバラ (Suna no aoi bara) Eugeo had to fight through hell and back using his skills from different (but certain) types of jitsus he's mastered in. One skill in particular that earned the name Blue Rose , it wasn't just his skills though Eugeo is pretty friendly towards everyone and some others he doesn't take to kindly to.

Not to add in being eldest son of the kazekage let's just say..he's pretty well known around the nation and the villages. As for him and shinki their complete opposites but still love care for each other all the same.
