1914年9月1日，最後一隻旅鴿「瑪莎」在辛辛那提動物園死去，族群數量曾高達50億隻的旅鴿就此滅絕。


公元1936年，地球上最後一隻袋狼於澳洲赫巴特動物園離世。


公元1979年，最後一隻裏海虎宣布滅絕。


公元1952年，第一隻盧文氏樹蛙在香港南丫島被發現。


直到公元2022年，世上仍有許多獵人利用動物的叫聲誘捕動物，非法狩獵仍在世界各地發生……


信仰；萬物生存的意義。有的為了延續物種，有的為了捍衛宗教，有的為了追名逐利，有的為了別人。


在時代的巨輪下，地球每日都有物種消失，也有新的物種誕生被發現。在過去46億年間，地球的霸主不斷輪替，這是物競天擇還是神的安排？


人定勝天？抑或一切都在衪掌握之中？
