If you are struggling or know someone who is, PLEASE speak up to someone you trust. I can't express this enough. I have been in dark times, they are hard to escape on your own without help. I know asking for help can be hard but sometimes its all we can do to keep from breaking down crying each night. If anyone here ever needs someone to talk that will listen, any of us here on this blog and on this site will listen. Dont hesitate to message someone. You are all loved here. I hope that this helps someone because i dont want anyone to be hurting and not reach out no matter how hard it is.
