Dreams are not meant to be realistic. They can be horrifying, or they fill you with happiness and strength. I'm sorry, but most of my dreams have been nightmares. Nightmares are almost as if to warn you or remind you the risks and consequences. Nightmares can also just be plain cruel and mess with your brain to make you paranoid. Nightmares make you weak. It's almost as if someone else gives you these dreams to get a reaction and make you sweaty.
What if they were real for one day? Or a month? Maybe even a year? It would be horrifying. Your fears are in nightmares so this would be the worst of all fears.
