說完學業，也剛好有提到自己的身體狀況，就順道祈求身體健康好了。這幾年的我飽受精神狀態不佳困擾，抑鬱症和強迫症活在我的身體裡面，讓我無法時刻保持樂觀的心態面對所有，也無法順利完成所有想做的事。但是，這幾年的經驗讓我學會how to deal with it and live on with it。既然它是我身體的一部分，那就帶著它一起活下去，與其排斥它，想把它趕出體內，還不如和它做朋友，接受自己並非每時每刻完美。不只希望保佑自己，還希望家人、身邊的朋友和每一位看到這篇文章的讀者都能夠身體健康！🤍
