無奈且言虛　有家難以居

註：第三句下三仄，冇得救。

　　「詩者，志之所之也。在心為志，發言為詩。情動於中而形於言，言之不足，故嗟嘆之；嗟嘆之不足，故永歌之；永歌之不足，不知手之舞之、足之蹈之也。情發於聲，聲成文謂之音。治世之音安以樂，其政和；亂世之音怨以怒，其政乖；亡國之音哀以思，其民困。故正得失，動天地，感鬼神，莫近於詩。」──《毛詩大序》 

　　詩，為何重要，就如上文節錄所言。上文提及，「情動於中而形於言」，所以「發言為詩」，然而「言之不足」，所以「詩」只是「言之寸土」，把內心寸土之志表達出來。 

　　然而，現時社會當中，似乎我們發言之寸土也被日削月割，零落殆盡。生活在一個寸土盡去的社會，頌歌特別昌盛，但已稱不上「詩」。故此，今世無虛詩，只徒具虛言。
