靈修產業化已經不是什麼新鮮題目。冥想、升維、出神、心流……經常被提及，又在坊間廣為談論。我花了頗長時間細心聆聽和反省，依然感覺靈性修練場，是個既神秘又公共，既熟悉又陌生的領域。


我曾有一剎衝動，想從學術角度再研究靈修，但圖書館已經有足夠的文案，實在不差我當搬運工，再多做一份吧！因此，在這裏隨緣而遇，希望和你談論靈修。大概是隨意隨心地，拋出一些我仍未有結論的陳述。各自表述，不冀望改變彼此信念，因為我還在摸索那頭大象。
