Write a 100 word story about love

Love is a complicated thing. We can fall in love, but there's more to the word as just romance. It's about friendship and family too. It's about being alive, about hurting and feeling. 
In this contest I invite you to write a 100-150 word story about any kind of love. It can be romantic, but it doesn't have to be. Feel free to be creative.

Rules
-All entries must be PG. 
-All entires must be your own work and characters (so for this one no fanfiction)
-All entries have to be within 100-150 words.
-Only English entries will be judged

All good contests have prizes
Sadly this isn't a good contest, so the only thing to win is honor.
