"人就像是天空，天上的雲彩是各種情緒情感，它們時灰時白，可能我們會有段時間陷入如灰雲般的憂鬱狀態，但那不是永久的永恆的，那是暫時的，要相信，灰雲終究會過去，而藍天就在那後面。“這是作者某日突然看到的影片中說到的話，於是乎便有了這個作品的名字。

這個作品其實也不算是作品啦，就是作者的一些日常片段的紀錄做成的日記，可能有時候會有作者本人的回憶、快樂的事情或難過的事物，總之如果有讓讀者們看到較負面的日記而感到不舒服的話，在這裡跟大家說聲抱歉>H<
