Hi! Thiefcatty here. Ur, it's not my real name, of course... I live in Seoul, Korea. 100% Korean, lol. But I've lived in California for a year and a half, and I've leraned English since I was very young, so I'm sort of a bilingual.
I just joined Penana and 한국 작가 클럽:). Hi!!!
Anyways... Today's the day Korean twelfth graders take their college entrance exams! It's like SAT, but it's a HUGE deal... You can only take it once a year, and almost all of the middle school and high school teachers are sent to oversee the exams. There's, like, 1212 schools hosting the exams today. Cheer them on, please!
+) Funny story. My Tae-kwondo teacher told me some while ago, that air planes are forbidden to fly in Korea during the listening exams. XD
Sorry for the late reply! I just saw your post!:-) Wow! I didn't know airplanes are forbidden to fly in Korea during the listening exams..it's really interesting to know that!
I hope the college entrance exams have gone well! My best wishes go to all the students! *fingers crossed!*
