I've been writing on Penana for nearly two years. Honestly, Wattpad was turning into a bit of a toxic environment. I was featured for a while and ended up getting trolled. I loved writing, but really needed a break. I enjoy writing here, even though its a lot quieter and getting feedback is harder. Still, I'm giving things a go! (My Wattpad username is Iwritevariety) :)

to answer honestly, I was looking for an alternate to what was another Wattpad alternative. I was originally on Sweek, which is now a book publishing site.

I was looking for a bit of a fresh start, but I also am planning to move some of my stuff from there to here

I was looking for feedback really and more places mean more eyes and more people to give feedback and wattpad isn't too interactive as a community.

I like Wattpad, but I also want my stories to be seen by more people. It's easy for stories to get lost in a sea of stories on Wattpad, so I've been sharing my stories on here as well as a couple other sites to get my stories read by more people.

I came here because Wattpad is falling downhill with bad decisions that took away pms , the cafe, and eliminating stories that they deem breaks their rules when it doesn't.

I've been writing on Wattpad for a few years. It's okay but lacks serious readers. I'm looking for a better experience on Penana.

I came here - I really don't see why I follow the Wattpad Society here! - looking for a place to write & RP via PMs after Wattpad wrongfully removed me.
