I've been there once - people can comment mid-fic which had me mistaking comments for footnotes of some sort. Very confusing for someone used to ao3

@Felix Flax, I still need to figure out how to use Archives Of Our Own (Ao3), but after the "Interactivity" (Ability to roleplay as part of the story via comments), I struggle returning to the usual routine of; Open the app, read the story, enjoy the story.

@Alysa, archiveofourown does have a prompt meme/challenge function where someone can "prompt" other authors, similar to the contests here.
