I was riding a public vehicle when I saw woman with her big-eyed baby (the typical). I was staring at her child (like any teenager would, maybe...) and I thought 'What is she/he thinking?' (colors can deceive anyone so I can' t tell what is the exact gender of the child just by looking at his/her clothes)

Sometimes I could tell what people think or feel because of their gestures and facial expression; but a baby!?
Me: What are you thinking young one?
Baby: Dark matter and dark energy...
Me: Ok, ok, ok.
@RandomAlex, An intriguing concept, maybe all the crying and wailing is borne of frustration, the child still remembering their past experiences, but finding themselves unable to do anything about it. And so they forget a little more with each passing day, their memories fading, replaced by each new experience, simply because the mind doesn't have the same capacity to store them both anymore...
