Critiques to not only help you get better at writing but when you give one back you hone your own writing and editing skills. Don't get stuck in the pot now.

1. If a person doesn't want a critique back they must say so.

2. State if the critique is to be posted in the book comments or as a pm.

3. No person shall insult the other, keep it civil. Critique the book, not the writer.

3. It's a good idea to check a person's book out before accepting just in case it's not to your liking.
