A while back, I wrote a novel called "Black Flare" that had elements of science fiction and fantasy, which was also inspired by FPS shooters and action anime. It takes place on an alien planet with hostile wildlife, feuding organizations, and best of all, gunplay and magic. For those interested, I'm willing to talk more about it.
