Note: These are required. You can add anything onto this list depending on the anime it's set in. Also just because their isn't a thread for a certain anime doesn't mean you can't create a character for that anime. I will add a thread every time a new anime is requested.
Please note: I haven't watched the same anime as you so if I ask about one, please don't worry. I will search it up to find out more about it.

Looks- Miyoko is 6’4 and weighs 117 pounds. She has burgundy red hair and blazing red eyes. Her waist long hair is straight with a slight wave to it. She loves casual “fall looks” and will wear a lot of red&black flannel shirts along with blue jeans. She can normally be seen wearing a black leather jacket with faux fur on the inside tied around her waist. She wears a fire red watch with bronze hands on her right wrist. Very rarely will you see her take it off because it lets her use her quirk.
Personality-She is pretty snotty at first and acts a lot like Bakugou, but that’s because she looks up to Bakugou. She can be pretty stubborn when it comes down to what she truest believes in. As you get to know her she opens up more. Careful because she will go to extremes to protect her friends and family

Quirk Description:
As long as she touches her watch or sees a clock she can freeze time. When time is frozen she and 1 or 2 others of her choice can move around. She can only do this for a short period of time before passing out from exhaustion.
Costume Description:
She has a rose red full body suit with black gloves and shoes. These are made of a material thats keeps Miyoko’s atoms together; when she freezes time she can risk tearing her body apart. She has a black mask that looks similar to a gas mask, covering her mouth and nose. She still wears her watch with her costume

Looks- hazel brown eyes, within her hazel hair, she wears a subtle formal wear, such as a beige trench-coat over a white overlay of a white turtle neck, She also begins wearing tightly Denim jeans where she fits some white sneakers on such as "mid-autumn" looks, or beginning "spring", then wearing a necklace that wraps around her neck loosely.
But as she turns into her vampire form (After being attacked or approached with danger) her hair begins turning white, as her eyes turn purplish-blue, but her clothing are the same whether she wears her human form clothing.
Personality- she goes off as a subtle cheery attitude of positivism, you can rarely see her ever frown, instead she'll smile from ear to ear, although their may be obstacles, she still imprints the cheerful section of her qualities, others may call her stuck up, but she is a hard-working female trying to go through college without any doubt or negativity.
But as she turns into her vampire form, she gives off a powerful atmosphere or aura, her form is more of a lengthy-aggressive passionate side of her she can never give off in her being form.

Extra- She is a working vampire for example, she goes around fending off others that seem to scare the human race, her title as she was named from the beings as the "White vampire." she keeps her identity as a flesh-born vampire a secret from everyone ever since now-a-days hunters have existed because of the way they began to hunt down, newly-turned vampires. As a secret, she begins seeking out for others, that will mainly attack her, but she works at a present-day daycare orphanage where she helps other kids out, after being left out as a child whilst at a young age.

Personality: Skilled at fights, a comedian, nice, gets really silent when pissed off.

Looks: Just imagine Mikasa Ackerman(from attack on titan) with electric blue hair that has red streaks and falls to the middle of her back(ususally worn in a ponytail). that's basically what Ketseuki looks like
Personality: Cool, fairly confident, can be sarcastic at times, awesome and knows it
Anime: Akame Ga Kill
Weapon: Two long hunting knives(one for eack hand) that she stores in sheaths hidden under her sleeves so that she can easily pull them out whenever necessary
Imperial Arms: Nekkusēbā, a necklace. When she wears it, her neck cannot be harmed in any way(so she can't be strangled, beheaded, her throat can't be slit, etc.) and nobody except her can take it off.
Age: 17(she, Ketsueki, and Suraisu are triplets)

Looks: Long blood-red hair that falls to her mid-calf, blood-red eyes with gold specks
Personality: Much like her sister, she is cool and confident. but Kuikku is much calmer and is the smarter of the two(not that Ketsueki isn't smart.)

Extra- She is a grimoire hearts guild member, once a fugitive from the magic counsel and has a guild mark on her shoulder. Her power is mostly ice but she can control small bits of water too.
