If you know your way round the site well then post here for a mentoring job. I will then see if I can find a good match for you.
When I do, it's your job to help them and they will go to you (probably via private message) for guidance.
I need some mentors to get this society started.

It makes sense. You can just spread 'positive thoughts' on here and maybe temporarily fill in for another mentor? Sort of like a substitute teacher.
