So do Koreans use R's when writing/speaking or do they usually substitute with L's? I've been learning Japanese for a while and, from what I've seen, it's actually the opposite. They replace L's with R's. I was just curious if it was a shared concept between the two languages. This is kind of an odd question, but I hope it makes sense.
@Ari-Ink98, hi Ari! Although there isn't an 'r' sound in Korean, for the consonant 'ㄹ' in Korean, the pronunciation is a mixture between r and l - I have found a nice video which introduces briefly (and easily!) the consonants and vowels in Korean and how to write them on paper, I hope it helps! :)
