就讀翁氏紀念中學的資優少女，受盡校園欺凌，每晚回家還要提防跟蹤狂先生逐步進逼。陷於無盡羞辱和恐懼的地獄裏，少女竭力不讓自己沉淪，正當以為人生已經糟得不能再糟時，不可思議的事情發生了，她的肚臍竟循着某種詭異的規律不斷萎縮變小。
肚臍要壞掉了，忙於招架接踵而至的不幸事件，少女懵然不知有甚麼東西等待着她。肉體正在變形、腐物長出蛆蟲、殺手正在磨刀、男孩長出犄角，神明已然別開視線。
